Vic Holley | Agency Principal – CLU, CASL

 

Vic has been in the insurance and financial services industry for more than 30 years, including nearly 15 years with Allstate as both a manager and an agent. He is a graduate of The University of South Carolina and earned his CLU and CASL designation from The American College. Vic is a member of Saint Mark United Methodist Church, is active in The Seneca Golden Corner Rotary Club and Seneca Lions Club, is a past Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 226 in Seneca, and is a member of the Oconee County Chamber of Commerce.

Duke Lee | Agent 

Duke is a retired high school mathematics teacher spending over 31 years in the upstate. Most of his career was spent at Seneca High School where he served as Director of Athletics for 9 years. Most recently, he spent 3 years in Anderson Five at the new ACE Academy. 

He and his wife Angela, a middle school English teacher at Seneca Middle, have twin daughters who graduated from Clemson University in May of 2023. Duke and Angela enjoy anything Clemson and watching and following the Atlanta Braves.

Shani Scott Marcengill | Office Administrator 

Shani Scott Marcengill is a licensed agent and the office administrator for Foothills Insurance. Shani joined the Foothills team in July 2011 after 22 years with the Don Scott Allstate Agency in Clemson. She and her husband Tim live in Walhalla.

Anna Holley | Marketing Manager
 

Anna is the Marketing Manager for Foothills Insurance. She also works in programs for the American Institute for Economic Research (AIER). While living in Washington, DC for 3 years, she worked in sales & marketing. Anna was a student-athlete at Roanoke College, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics 2018. 

Anna and her golden retriever, Ember, live in Charleston, SC. She loves spending time outdoors climbing mountains or being near the ocean, and drinking craft coffee.
